Before proceeding directly to cleaning the carpet, it is necessary to collect excess moisture from the fresh tag. To do this, use paper napkins, towels, or a clean, dry cloth.

A strong chemical reaction with the release of oxygen, which occurs if you extinguish the soda with peroxide, is the best way to cope with a stain that has already dried out. Baking soda and peroxide literally eat away at the uric acid compounds and break them off from the carpet pile.

1. Sprinkle baking soda over the stain.

2. Pour pharmacy 3% hydrogen peroxide on top.

3. Wait for the reaction and foam to stop. Leave the carpet to dry.

4. Then vacuum the carpet.

Attention! It is strictly forbidden to use baking soda and peroxide for cleaning bright and dark carpets, as well as handicrafts made of silk, viscose and wool. A strong chemical reaction will discolor the dye and cause white patches.

Plain table vinegar also works well at breaking down uric acid. With its help, you can neutralize an odorous stain that has already dried.

1. Pour vinegar directly onto the soiled area.
